   Hi fellow malaysians, Do you know you are in the wrong if you hit any parked cars... even if that car is parking in the middle of the road, double parking or parking against a yellow line. Do you all think this is fair?

   There is not fair, but the Malaysia Law is like this, cannot blame anyone unless the government / people who stated out this Law..... Always is Malaysia Culture mah.....
