Often times at terminal like Puduraya, we have this touts or ulat approaching us to sell tickets. Some even brazen enough to do it under the nose of the police at the opposite of the road.
They're not only a nuisance but they rob us of the tickets which normally sold at affordable rate.
Unsuspecting tourist or those not familiar how to get tickets directly from counter fall prey to them. Even to some extent, some of the counters are "bersekumpulan" with them.
How can we solve this problem other than tighter enforcement? Because i believe even after a period of enforcement, this people will come back once polis or JPJ stop their operasi. Bila kucing takde, tikus kembali bermaharajalela.
